Tanzanian’s have been encircled with various socio-economic challenges at all levels in their respective societies over the years. Unfortunately, these problems cannot be solved by the government alone. Africompassion believes that knowledge is power and by creating awareness of the challenges and collaborating with the national and the international community, minds of individuals are stirred up to design creative and effective solutions. We believe that we all have a part to play in transforming and positioning Tanzania.

By capacity building, we help parents/careers of the most vulnerable families to sustainably manage the livelihood, promotes health care and child protection and facilitate structured overseas volunteer placement for nurses, students, teachers, people of general skills and professionals who are willing to offer their time, skills and psychosocial support to our communities for their developments.

Africompassion works with different local Charities and community-based organizations in Capacity building to create a high level of operation, programmatic, financial, or organizational maturity and to bring effectiveness and efficiency for advancement of the development.

Africompassion capacity-building activities include:

  • Development of methods, curriculum, training and documentation
